You'll lead a team of data engineers in designing scalable data pipelines and migrating from Snowflake on AWS to Azure Databricks and DBT. You'll own the end-to-end data migration strategy and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align data initiatives with business goals. This role offers the chance to work in a hybrid mode in Bolivia.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers
• Drive end-to-end data migration strategy from Snowflake on AWS to Azure Databricks and DBT
• Design scalable, secure, and reliable data pipelines and cloud infrastructure using Azure and IaC
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align data initiatives with business goals

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering
• 2–3 years in a leadership or technical lead role
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, Azure Databricks, and DBT
• Deep expertise in Terraform and cloud infrastructure
