Description

You will provide legal advice to Airbnb's business functions in Korea, handling regulatory, consumer protection, competition, marketing, employment, privacy, and dispute resolution matters. You will act as a trusted partner to the fast-paced team, delivering practical solutions that balance legal risk with business priorities.

Requirements

• Qualification in Korea is a must
• Native-level command of Korean (written and oral)
• Business-level English (written and oral) is essential
• Minimum 2-5 years post-qualification experience
• In-house experience in an MNC and/or start-up is a plus
• Tech-forward mindset with willingness to leverage AI tools
• Team player with excellent communication and listening skills
• Proactive owner who takes initiative

Responsibilities

• Act as an effective legal partner to the Airbnb team
• Deliver clear and practical legal advice to business functions including business development, public policy, marketing, and communications
• Handle legal areas such as regulatory, consumer protection, competition, marketing, employment, privacy, dispute resolution, and law enforcement
• Make sensible legal risk assessments with practical solutions
