You'll drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting for global HR platform. You'll build relationships and qualify leads, collaborating with a world-class sales team. This role offers career acceleration at a rapidly scaling company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect and generate cross-sell opportunities via inbound/outbound outreach
• Educate leads through calls, emails, events, and campaigns
• Map and penetrate accounts with email sequences and cold calls
• Conduct follow-up until meetings are set with Account Executives

📋 Requirements

• Fully proficient in Romanian, Czech, or Russian
• Experience working with clients in CEE & Baltics territory
• 1-2 years in a sales development or outbound commercial role

• Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
• Worked for an HR or Fintech company
• Previous success in a remote and distributed team
