• Greet pet parents and ensure smooth check-in and check-out experience
• Manage schedule of daily appointments and walk-ins
• Take and make calls and communicate via email with clients and practices
• Keep common areas clean and well stocked

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of customer service, hospitality, or client facing receptionist experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Comfortable typing and using multiple computer systems
