🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and communicate a clear design vision and strategy
• Lead design and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
• Plan, organize, and direct photo and video shoots
• Oversee image editing, retouching, and asset management

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in a marketing design role
• 2 years in a leadership position
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proficiency in Figma

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communications
