- Define product marketing strategy for new B2C products
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver growth initiatives
- Optimize full-funnel performance with LTV focus
- Conduct market and competitor research for growth hypotheses
📋 Requirements
- 5–7+ years experience in product marketing or growth marketing for B2C digital products
- Proven ability to impact revenue, conversion rates, retention, and LTV
- Strong expertise in segmentation, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
- Strong leadership skills managing stakeholders in matrix organizations
