💼 About This Role

You'll partner with AEs in EMEA to uncover real data and AI problems, design and lead POCs for enterprise accounts. You'll own the technical win end-to-end, proving long-term value for sophisticated data teams. Your work will accelerate revenue and shape how Atlan is sold across the modern data stack.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with AEs to run deep discovery in enterprise accounts
• Design and lead POCs/POVs across data and AI stacks
• Deliver compelling demos to technical and business stakeholders
• Collaborate with Product and Solution Engineering on reference architectures

📋 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of Sales Engineering experience in data/analytics SaaS
• Hands-on SQL and modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)
• Enterprise deal experience with multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Ability to travel across EMEA for customer meetings and offsites

✨ Nice to Have

• Python or similar for prototyping/scripting
• AI-native builder mindset with automation experience
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT and BI tools
