Description

In this role, you will build relationships with clinical partners in your local community and provide resources to people struggling with mental health. You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new market penetration, manage relationships with referral sources, and represent Charlie Health at events.

Requirements

• Based in North Dallas, TX
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources
• Conduct field visits 4-5 days/week for meetings with patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to engage referral partners across different channels
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
