• Lead and grow engineering teams for critical bank platform areas
• Drive execution across ledgering, payments, funding, reporting, integrations
• Translate product, regulatory, and operational priorities into technical plans
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and improve delivery predictability

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience
• 3+ years of engineering management experience
• Experience leading cross-functional platform or infrastructure initiatives
• Experience operating in regulated or high-reliability environments
