💼 About This Role

You'll hunt and close new client engagements for a growing advisory firm, building relationships with C-Suite and finance leaders across Chicago and the Midwest. You'll serve as a market ambassador, representing the firm at industry events to drive brand presence and pipeline. This is a newly created senior role with the opportunity to help build a world-class sales organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify target clients within the Office of the CFO
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
  • Plan and execute high-impact business development networking events
  • Track and report on pipeline performance to firm leadership

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years of demonstrated success in business development
  • Proven track record selling professional services to the Office of the CFO
  • Extensive, actionable professional network in Chicago and Midwest region
  • Demonstrated success as a hunter opening new relationships and closing new logos
