You will work as a freelance AI trainer, challenging advanced language models on German grammar, syntax, and morphology to improve their reasoning. Your role involves conversing with the model, verifying accuracy, capturing error traces, and suggesting improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in German language, linguistics, or closely related field
• Peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or hands-on linguistic analysis projects
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills
• Eligible Android device in-hand for project requirements
• Secure computer and high-speed internet

Responsibilities

• Challenge advanced language models on German grammar, syntax, morphology, phonology, semantics, and pragmatics
• Document failure modes in verb conjugation, case system, word order, declensions, gender, and stylistic variation
• Converse with the model on language scenarios to verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
