🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage trademark docket and prosecution support
• Run weekly enforcement tasks and monitor market
• Review marketing collateral for brand protection
• Draft promotion rules for contests and giveaways

📋 Requirements

• 6 to 9 years of trademark and brand protection paralegal experience
• Experience preparing USPTO trademark filings including TTAB oppositions
• Experience managing trademark docketing for large companies
• Familiarity with Madrid Protocol and national filing strategies
