💼 About This Role

You'll lead the global licensing strategy for a leading fintech and crypto wallet provider across multiple jurisdictions. Your work will directly enable market entry and regulatory compliance in key regions like EU, US, and Singapore.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute licensing roadmap for payments, e-money, and crypto services.
• Prepare, review, and submit licence applications to regulators.
• Lead legal execution of international M&A transactions.
• Coordinate with external counsels and regulators across multiple jurisdictions.

📋 Requirements

• LLB, JD, or equivalent law degree.
• 7+ years post-qualification legal experience in fintech or crypto.
• Proven track record in securing payment or financial licenses.
• Deep understanding of payment services and crypto regulations.
