You will mentor a high-performing team, partner with cross-functional leaders, and establish standardization in quoting, pricing, and risk assessments.

• Provide strategic leadership for Project Controls and Cost Engineering functions
• Improve dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks for transparency and accountability

• Lead AI-driven estimating and machine learning for predictive cost modeling
