💼 About This Role

You'll be the first dedicated RevOps leader at Render, owning the full stack of systems, data, process, and strategy. You'll build a measurement architecture and forecasting model that gives GTM leadership a clear, shared view of the business. This role sits at the intersection of PLG and enterprise sales, making it a unique opportunity to shape how two engines scale as one.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead GTM planning including headcount, territory design, and quota setting
  • Own and improve the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, etc.)
  • Manage weekly forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and deal inspection cadence
  • Design and administer sales compensation plans with Finance

📋 Requirements

  • 8–12 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or GTM Operations at B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience building RevOps infrastructure from the ground up
  • Deep Salesforce expertise at admin level
  • SQL fluency and/or BI tool experience

  • Experience operationalizing PLG with PQL scoring
  • Familiarity with AI-native GTM tooling
  • Track record designing sales compensation plans
