Description

You will lead the development and execution of premium hospitality strategies for international NFL games, overseeing suites, club spaces, VIP services, and private events. This role involves designing innovative hospitality packages, managing food and beverage operations, and building relationships with stadium operators and vendors to deliver world-class fan experiences.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in premium hospitality, VIP servicing, and major event management
• Proven leader with track record of managing large teams and multi-stakeholder projects
• Strong P&L management experience with budget and revenue accountability
• Exceptional negotiation skills including RFP/RFI management
• Willingness to travel extensively domestically and internationally
