💼 About This Role
You'll lead the post-sale customer experience for Popl's AI-native platform that transforms in-person interactions into pipeline. You'll own the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal, driving measurable value, expansion, and retention. This role offers a chance to build scalable CS motions in a high-growth revenue org.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of CSMs and Support Specialists.
- Own the full post-sale customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, renewal.
- Establish scalable CS playbooks, segmentation models, and engagement frameworks.
- Build executive-level relationships with strategic accounts.
📋 Requirements
- 7+ years in Customer Success.
- 3+ years in a Director-level or senior people manager role.
- 10+ team management in B2B SaaS.
- ownership of NRR/GRR or logo retention targets.

- Background working with Marketing, Growth, or RevOps teams.
- Experience designing tiered CS models that scale across segments.
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence internally and externally.
