🎯 What You'll Do

• Design hybrid search strategies combining keyword and vector retrieval
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines for long documents
• Contribute to knowledge graph–driven search relevance
• Maintain high-throughput streaming data pipelines (e.g., Kafka)

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in software engineering with search or data systems
• Proficiency in Java or similar backend language
• Experience with Elasticsearch or Solr search technologies
• Hands-on experience with vector databases (e.g., Qdrant, Milvus)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes
• Exposure to Kafka or AMQ
• Participation in AI/ML-powered production systems
