💼 About This Role

You'll analyze the self-service funnel for a global cloud infrastructure platform. You'll use Mixpanel to find friction points and help increase activation and revenue. You'll collaborate directly with the Digital Director and cross-functional teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deep dive into registration → activation → payment flow for optimization
• Analyze usage patterns to identify product-qualified leads
• Own event tracking design and specify events for developers
• Create actionable dashboards in Mixpanel for stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in Product Analytics
• Mastery of Mixpanel (or Amplitude/Heap)
• Active user of AI tools for data analysis
• C1/C2 English proficiency

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with B2B Cloud/Infrastructure products
• Understanding of Product-Led Sales mechanics
• Experience with A/B testing tools
