- Identify and close gaps on operational workflows
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years in fast-paced operations or customer service environment
- 2+ years of direct people management experience
- 2+ years of data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience in LEAN practices

- Bachelor's degree
- Prior healthcare or insurance experience
- Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office capabilities
