Description

As a Change Management Consultant at NEORIS, you will support the successful implementation of organizational change initiatives by developing and executing change management strategies. You'll work closely with project teams and stakeholders to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance, helping drive digital transformation for major companies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field; Master's preferred
• Proven experience in change management or organizational development
• Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• English language proficiency

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans
• Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and change readiness assessments
• Develop communication plans and materials to support change initiatives
• Provide coaching and support to project teams and key stakeholders
• Monitor and report on progress of change initiatives
