Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or Economics
• 5+ years experience in data analytics or business analysis
• 2+ years managing or leading analysts
• Proven ability to translate analytical findings into actionable insights
• Experience building self-service analytics frameworks

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of three analysts
• Define and evolve customer health scoring frameworks
• Lead delivery of partner-facing reporting and dashboards
• Champion AI and analytics tools to accelerate team output
