Description

You will serve as a strategic legal partner to sales teams, negotiating complex commercial agreements and supporting expansion with leading EMEA companies. You'll help build legal infrastructure, identify risks, and stay current on AI legal developments while advising on responsible AI deployment across diverse industries.

Requirements

• Law degree and qualification to practice law in a relevant EMEA jurisdiction
• At least 4 years of legal experience with exposure to commercial contracts, SaaS, or technology transactions
• Clear communication skills and ability to translate legal concepts for non-lawyer audiences
• Low-ego, collaborative approach
• Comfort in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with focus on GTM/Sales transactions in EMEA
• Partner with Sales and Go-to-Market teams to support deal velocity and provide legal guidance
• Build and maintain commercial legal infrastructure including templates, playbooks, and process improvements
• Identify and escalate legal risks while supporting business momentum
• Stay current on legal developments affecting AI technologies
