💼 About This Role

You'll handle technical questions from merchants, investigate issues across our platform, and help ensure fast, accurate resolutions. You'll work closely with CX, Product, and Engineering teams to keep merchants moving and improve the support function. This role blends customer support with light technical investigation.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Investigate technical issues escalated from the CX team.
  • Review API logs, webhooks, and internal monitoring tools.
  • Act as Tier 2 escalation for API errors, webhook failures, and customs questions.
  • Become SME in a product area like Automations, APIs, or Integrations.

📋 Requirements

  • 2-3+ years in Technical Customer Support in SaaS, e-commerce, or logistics.
  • Strong working knowledge of APIs & webhooks (authentication, error codes, debugging).
  • Proficiency with SQL, Postman, JavaScript, JSON, Shopify, or basic HTML/CSS.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Stripe disputes or carrier claims.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like BigCommerce or WooCommerce.
  • Knowledge of shipping and logistics including customs docs and duties/taxes.
