💼 About This Role

You'll provide speech-language pathology services to patients in their homes, evaluating and treating speech and swallowing disorders. You'll collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct evaluative procedures and assess patient's home environment
• Administer speech therapy using specialized techniques
• Confer with physicians and team members for coordinated care
• Prepare clinical notes per regulations

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• One year of supervised professional experience in speech therapy
• Current Ohio license as a Speech Language Pathologist

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Prior home health experience
• CPR certification
