🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead Project Sourcing team for NPD and LCM projects.
• Manage resource allocation to support project needs.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of sourcing and project management experience in MNC or FMCG.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• In-depth understanding of cost modeling and TCO management.

• MBA or Engineering degree.
• Experience in cosmetics industry or Category/Commodity management.
