🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist store manager in reaching all store objectives daily
• Oversee all cash functions including opening and closing procedures
• Monitor and encourage team members to meet service standards
• Proactively solve customer concerns and escalations
• Train new team members and coach on KPIs

📋 Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• 0-2 years of retail experience required
• Minimum two years experience in retail customer service

• Professional knowledge of cannabis products from regulated retail or medical distribution
