Description

You will lead software engineering groups within Anduril's Maritime Division, overseeing the design and delivery of autonomy, simulation, and data processing software for autonomous maritime systems. Collaborate with technical leads, manage multi-year roadmaps, and drive architecture decisions for robotic platforms while mentoring teams of 10-24 engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a multi-year software roadmap across multiple teams and products
• Manage architecture selection for robotic systems including hardware, compute, storage, and network
• Influence company-wide roadmap for autonomous systems software inputs
• Drive development processes for initial delivery and lifecycle testing
• Build and manage 12-36 month roadmap and programmatic risk for your group
