Description

You will perform various duties to facilitate FC operations, including inbound, inventory, replenishment, outbound, and maintenance. As a team leader, you will train new hires, log attendance, solve task-related issues, assist other departments with inquiries, and generate daily reports. This role is essential to maintaining efficient and safe warehouse operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Proactive critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to supervise and lead a team
• Effective communication and basic math skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment around machinery

Responsibilities

• Train new hires on current processes and standard procedures
• Log attendance and solve associate task-related issues
• Assist other departments with inquiries and generate daily reports
• Receive shipment, inspect contents, and sign off on receipts
• Operate RF gun/PDA device; pick, pack, stack, and ship items
