💼 About This Role

You'll perform cGMP manufacturing operations including cell culture and purification for gene therapy clinical trials. Your work directly supports the production of life-saving treatments. This role offers growth in a fast-paced biotech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute routine and non-routine production operations per schedule
• Perform troubleshooting activities according to SOPs
• Document operations in Batch Production Records and Logbooks
• Maintain orderliness and stock production area with supplies

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma and 2-4 years cGMP industry experience or associate degree with 1 year cGMP manufacturing experience
• Hands-on experience writing and reviewing documentation
• Experience in bio-manufacturing unit operations (USP and/or DSP)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work holidays/overtime

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
• Working experience in a comparable industrial position
