💼 About This Role

You'll own the USDA Farm Service Agency Educational Hub, the most strategically important initiative at FarmRaise. You'll drive the roadmap, coordinate engineering and partners, and ensure the Hub delivers genuine value to producers and the FSA. This is a fully remote role at a fast-growing agtech startup backed by top investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive the Hub roadmap and coordinate engineering, content, and partners.
• Identify gaps in farmer navigation of FSA programs and fix them.
• Serve as primary operational contact with FSA; keep partners aligned.
• Track engagement, translate usage data into impact narrative.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of program management experience.
• Experience managing complex programs from concept to completion.
• Comfortable with low-code tools and learning new platforms quickly.
• Ability to work at startup speed while treating agency partners with respect.

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in management or strategy consulting.
• Experience in agricultural technology or agri-business.
• Government-adjacent program management in a private context.
