You'll consult, design, and deliver training to ensure customers master Jira and Confluence tools. This role offers a chance to build customer education programs from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct needs assessments via interviews and usage data.
• Design customized learning success plans for customers.
• Facilitate live training sessions, adapting to learner needs.
• Track and report learning progress using data metrics.

📋 Requirements

• Atlassian ecosystem expertise (Jira, Confluence, JSM).
• 3+ years in customer-facing roles or technical training.
• Adult learning principles and facilitation agility.
• Program management for complex training programs.
