💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end design for a core product area that helps nonprofits manage grant funding after awards are secured. Your work will turn complex financial workflows into clear, scalable experiences for grant, finance, and program teams. This is a high-impact role where design decisions carry real operational and financial consequences for mission-driven organizations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead discovery, user research, and end-to-end product design for the Manage product area
• Design and refine complex financial data visualizations (budgets, forecasts, variance tracking)
• Create multi-stakeholder workflows spanning grant, finance, and program teams
• Explore and shape AI-powered features that improve efficiency and compliance

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience with at least 2 years at senior level
• Proven ownership of end-to-end product domains in B2B or enterprise SaaS
• Strong expertise in designing data-heavy interfaces (dashboards, reporting tools)
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (flows, wireframes, prototypes, design systems)
