💼 About This Role

You'll monitor and own clinical studies at investigative sites, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulations. You'll focus on one to two studies to become a protocol expert, with reasonable travel supporting work-life balance. As part of a smaller CRO, your voice will be heard and you'll have direct support from management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor progress of clinical studies at investigative sites
• Coordinate site setup activities like investigator identification and regulatory submissions
• Support project managers on larger trials and mentor junior staff
• Interact with clients, initiate payments, and participate in proposals

📋 Requirements

• University degree in life science, pharmacy, or related discipline
• 3.5+ years as a CRA in CRO or pharmaceutical/biotech industry
• Significant site management experience
• Oncology monitoring experience
