💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team building the runtime platform for AI tool execution, enabling customers to run, manage, and secure AI tools. You'll drive scaling and reliability of the platform as we grow from 6 to 8 engineers. This role combines people leadership with hands-on technical contributions in Go, TypeScript, and Python.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and scale a team of senior platform engineers.
• Own technical direction, prioritization, and execution.
• Deliver platform features like MCP gateways and permissions.
• Ensure reliability, security, and enterprise readiness.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years in engineering leadership.
• Experience deploying SaaS and on-prem platforms.
• Proven success managing high-performing teams.
