💼 About This Role

You'll lead a cross-functional team of 3-10 kickers on high-tech product development projects from prototype to series production. You will drive eco-design and industrial relocation approaches while ensuring quality and HSE standards. This role offers opportunities for international travel within a dynamic community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in pre-sales phases with commercial and program managers
• Lead engineering team through prototyping, design, test and validation
• Implement eco-design guidelines and product lifecycle analyses
• Manage supplier identification, qualification and production transfer

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering (mechanical, mechatronics, electronics, software, or robotics)
• Significant experience in project management and product industrialization
• Multidisciplinary knowledge of mechanical, electronic and software constraints
• Fluent English for client relations and international projects
