You'll lead a team of field-based merchant openers to expand Wave's merchant network in The Gambia. You'll ensure activities align with quarterly objectives and drive business growth while enhancing merchant satisfaction. This role offers the chance to make Africa the first cashless continent.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise a team of field-based merchant openers.
• Train, manage, and assist merchant openers daily.
• Follow up on individual performance and team reports.
• Assist with onboarding of specific big partners.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years relevant work experience managing a network in Gambia.
• 1 year managing field-based teams of 50+ persons.
• Fluent in English.
• Good knowledge of local languages.

• Experience with merchant network activities in Gambia.
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with Excel and new tools.
