💼 About This Role

You'll teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting, following treatment plans developed by BCBAs. You'll receive paid training to become an RBT and mentoring from lead clinical staff. Your days will be filled with meaning and purpose as you help children be their best selves.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in 1:1 setting
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Record child's progress in data collection system Central Reach
• Maintain positive relationships with families while keeping professional boundaries

📋 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must obtain RBT/CBT certification within 60 days of employment
• Ability to frequently bend, lift up to 50 lbs, squat, sit, stand, or run without accommodations
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT/CBT certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• TRICARE-certified
