You will shape Greater China's strategic direction end-to-end, driving growth by creating actionable strategies, leading cross-functional projects, and using data and customer insights to inform key business decisions. You'll work closely with leadership and global teams to execute high-impact initiatives.

Requirements

• B.Sc. from top-tier university
• 4-7 years experience in top-tier strategy consulting, venture capital, or tech strategy teams
• At least 2+ years leading teams
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Passion for technology with project experience in tech/internet/finance industries

Responsibilities

• Create actionable strategy for existing and new businesses in Greater China using market trends, customer insights, and data analysis
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects and planning
• Identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements, communicating them to leadership
• Frame key business decisions to enable faster, more accurate actions
• Independently identify high-value strategic topics to execute on
