You'll lead customer implementations of Benchling's R&D platform for biotech and pharma companies. You'll drive project kickoff to go-live, ensuring on-time, high-quality deployments. You'll act as a trusted advisor, translating scientific workflows into effective solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage initial rollouts and expansion projects for Benchling customers.
• Own implementation success from kickoff to go-live.
• Build and execute detailed project plans with cross-functional teams.
• Lead requirements workshops, data modeling, and user training.

📋 Requirements

• MS or Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
• 2+ years lab research experience, ideally in antibody discovery.
• Strong communication with scientists, IT, and executives.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
