You'll provide technical support for Druva's cloud-based data protection platform, working with a global team to resolve complex issues. Your impact will directly ensure customer success and loyalty in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues via multiple channels
• Analyze logs and exceptions to isolate root causes
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams
• Meet Service Level Agreements for all customer channels

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 3+ years relevant experience
• Experience with operating systems: Windows, Linux, Solaris
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure: AWS, VMware Cloud
• Proficiency with troubleshooting tools like Wireshark, tcpdump

✨ Nice to Have

• VMware or Nutanix certification
• Experience with backup and recovery concepts on Microsoft SQL or Oracle
• Experience building customer-facing documentation
