💼 About This Role

You'll ensure 24/7 availability of Saviynt's Enterprise Identity Cloud with strong application-layer support. You'll drive incident resolution and performance analysis for Java stack on Kubernetes. This role offers ownership of operational improvements and collaboration with engineering teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and resolve application performance issues in Java/Grails/Hibernate.
• Monitor and respond to alerts for SaaS apps and infrastructure on Kubernetes.
• Manage incidents and service requests via FreshService following SLAs.
• Develop and maintain operational runbooks and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with engineering to implement preventive measures and automation.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in IT/Cloud operations and application support (Java apps).
• Strong experience with Java, Grails, Hibernate and performance analysis in production.
• Hands-on Kubernetes knowledge (AKS/EKS) including pod troubleshooting.
• US Citizenship required for FedRAMP High compliance.
