You'll foster relationships with EAP providers, unions, and employers to connect people to virtual behavioral health treatment. You'll drive outreach strategies and reduce barriers to care for employee populations across the Central Plains.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop go-to-market strategy for Labor, Union, and Employer partners
• Build and manage relationships with HR leaders and benefits managers
• Conduct in-person field outreach 3-4 days per week
• Design tailored outreach strategies for HR teams and employee resource groups

📋 Requirements

• Must reside in Missouri, Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa
• 5-8+ years proven sales experience
• Experience working with unions, employers, and EAPs
• Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

• Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom
• Overachieving KPIs in past roles
