💼 About This Role

You'll build systems at the intersection of marketing and engineering to drive growth for DistroKid. You'll own projects end-to-end, enabling the marketing team to move faster through automation, experimentation, and better tooling. This role offers the chance to directly impact independent artists by empowering them to share music with the world.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and improve marketing engineering systems for acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Build and iterate on landing pages, funnels, and growth surfaces.
• Design and perform rapid experiments to guide future iteration.
• Implement marketing tracking, analytics, and attribution systems.

📋 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and experience with full-stack web development.
• Proven experience building growth-focused web systems like landing pages and SEO.
• Experience performing A/B tests or growth experiments using data.
• Experience building with LLMs and applying AI to marketing use cases.
