You'll act as the bridge between internal teams and an external accounting firm, ensuring financial data is complete and consistent. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Reconcile bank transactions and match expenses with receipts
• Prepare accounting documentation for external accounting firm
• Generate client invoices and track incoming payments
• Coordinate supplier invoices and prepare payment runs

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or finance operations
• Proven experience working with external accountants
• Familiarity with DATEV, Zoho, SevDesk, Excel, or Google Sheets
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level
