💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's Market Hub team to maintain vehicle cleanliness and appearance. You'll coordinate with coworkers for timely deliveries and ensure high customer satisfaction. This full-time role offers clear growth opportunities with performance-based pay increases every 90 days.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns
• Wash and vacuum inventory on a regular basis
• Complete multi-point inspection on arriving inventory
• Coordinate with team for timely deliveries and customer satisfaction

📋 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous detailing or lot attendant experience
