🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage global Control Tower and Merchant Operations across all time zones.
• Lead and scale a large remote Merchant Operations team based in India.
• Champion deployment of AI-driven tools and process automation.
• Develop operational metrics and deliver results for merchants.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of operational leadership in supply chain or customer service.
• BS/BA in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Proven experience leading large-scale remote customer service teams.
• Working knowledge of lean methodologies and continuous improvement.

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA or MA/MS in supply chain management, operations, or business.
• Experience managing P&L of $200M+ annual supply chain/logistics spend.
