You will oversee Connecteam's Large business and Enterprise customers, ensuring their sustained success by developing customer success plans, driving adoption, and serving as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS
  • Customer-facing experience
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative, high energy, entrepreneurial self-starter
  • Experience in building relationships with senior business stakeholders

  • Develop and execute customer success plans based on desired business outcomes
