🎯 What You'll Do

  • Inspire and uplift the culinary team during service
  • Execute recipes and processes across all stations
  • Coordinate prep lists, waste logs, and food inventory
  • Open and close the restaurant using checklists

📋 Requirements

  • 1 year of leadership in a high-volume kitchen
  • 2+ years cooking in a high-volume kitchen
  • Culinary proficiency in scratch cooking
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs
