🎯 What You'll Do
- Inspire and uplift the culinary team during service
- Execute recipes and processes across all stations
- Coordinate prep lists, waste logs, and food inventory
- Open and close the restaurant using checklists
📋 Requirements
- 1 year of leadership in a high-volume kitchen
- 2+ years cooking in a high-volume kitchen
- Culinary proficiency in scratch cooking
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs
