Description

You will own the full sales cycle, closing deals with sports card buyers and sellers, while building a pipeline through daily hunting. You'll become a trusted advisor for collectors, helping them understand their collection's value and manage their portfolio with confidence.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment
• Proven track record of exceeding quota and managing pipeline in Salesforce or similar CRM
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal teams
• Relentless drive and comfort with cold outreach and deal-closing
• Experience transacting/brokering collectibles across various price points
• Passion for sports cards as a collector, investor, dealer, or lifelong fan

Responsibilities

• Close business and own the full sales cycle
• Hunt daily to source new consignors and collectors
• Build trust with collectors to encourage consignment and transactions
• Spot product gaps and bring insights back to the team
• Run your own sales process including prospecting, qualification, and relationship-building
